Real numbers, not a form. Below are our actual 2026 rates, exactly what delivery depends on, which add-ons cost extra, and the six things that move a quote up or down.
A luxury restroom trailer rental costs between $1,600 and $3,000 for a single event, plus delivery. Which end of that range you land on comes down to two things: how many stalls your guest count needs, and whether your event is on a weekend.
Most companies in this category will not print that. You get a contact form and a callback, which makes it nearly impossible to budget a wedding honestly. We would rather you see the numbers now and decide whether we are worth a conversation. Delivery is quoted by distance from our Brunswick, Maine hub.
Rates below cover the trailer rental only, including setup, leveling, stocking, and pickup. Delivery is quoted separately.

A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 30 days before the event. Add-on totals are confirmed in writing on your quote — nothing is added after the fact.
Guest count decides this, not preference. The Camden (2-stall) covers events up to 100 guests. The Pemaquid (3-stall) covers up to 200. Booking the smaller trailer for a 160-guest wedding saves money on paper and creates a line at the reception.
Friday through Sunday carries the weekend rate; Monday through Thursday is meaningfully less. This is the largest discount available to anyone with a flexible date, and it changes nothing about the trailer you receive.
Delivery is quoted from Brunswick, Maine. A midcoast Maine venue is our cheapest run. The New Hampshire Seacoast is close behind. Cape Cod and the Worcester area are our longest hauls and price accordingly.
If the site has standard power and a reachable spigot, there is nothing to add. If it does not, a generator is $500 and a water supply is $100. Checking this early is the difference between a firm quote and a surprise.
Single-day events are the baseline. Overnight and multi-day holds are $500 — worth it for a full wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner and a send-off brunch.
Booking early does not lower the rate, but it protects your date and lets us route delivery efficiently. Late-notice bookings in peak season are the ones we most often cannot take at all.
Every trailer we own leaves from Brunswick, Maine, so delivery is a distance calculation and nothing more. Midcoast and southern Maine venues are our shortest runs. The New Hampshire Seacoast is close. Cape Cod, the Worcester area, and the Lowell area are genuinely long hauls, and we quote them as such rather than hiding the cost in the rental rate.
