What Determines Your Rate
Six things shape what a restroom trailer rental costs for your event.
- Trailer size
- The 2-stall Camden serves up to 100 guests; the 3-stall Pemaquid serves up to 200.
- Weekend vs. weekday
- Friday through Sunday dates carry peak pricing. Monday through Thursday events are quoted at a lower weekday rate.
- Rental length
- A standard booking covers drop-off before your event and pickup after. Multi-day and extended holds — construction, production, and long-term placements — are quoted separately.
- Delivery distance
- Delivery is quoted separately from the rental itself, based on driving distance from our Brunswick, Maine dispatch point to your venue.
- Site conditions
- Venues without a standard outlet within 100 feet need a generator. Venues without an accessible water spigot need a supplied water tank. Both are add-ons.
- Service add-ons
- Additional pump-outs, remote or island access, and early-morning call times are priced per event.
What's Always Included
Every rental includes the following, whatever your date or venue.
- Setup, leveling, breakdown, and pickup
- Flushing toilets with running water
- Climate control
- Interior lighting, mirrors, and full amenity stocking
- Day-of support
Delivery is not included in the rental rate. It is quoted separately based on driving distance from our Brunswick, Maine dispatch point to your venue and confirmed in writing with your quote.
How to Get Your Quote
- Send us your event date, venue location, and guest count.
- We confirm availability and send a complete written quote, typically within 8 hours.
- A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Peak Saturdays book 6-12 months out — contact us early to secure your date.
